PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINING

The Prolific Training goal is beyond a workout. What are you doing the rest of the day to keep yourself moving, mobile and strong?

It’s not just about what happens in the hour; the greater goal is to improve how you move for the rest of your waking hours. Every new client starts with a Movement Screening to identify pain, restrictions, and general movement competence. From there you are guided in building a strong base of breathing, mobility, movement fundamentals, and strength. As you develop, we progress volume, intensity, and complexity.

RETREATS & WORKSHOPS

Prolific Training services extend beyond the gym into your office, event space or remote destination.

Prolific Training comes to your office, event space, or remote location for workshops tailored to your goals, your people, and your context. Choose anything from a Simple Reset (breathing, mobility, basic movement) to a Deep Immersion (natural movement and conditioning). All content is effective and practical enough to drive motivation beyond just the workshop.

My name is Peri Zourides. I am a movement-obsessive, lifelong coach with a passion to show people there are many more ways to move and get strong than the regular boring routines at gym. 

 

I have over 15 years of coaching experience, and certifications across Natural Movement, Chinese Martial Arts, Kettlebell, and Bodyweight training through internationally recognised institutions.
